We’re thrilled to announce that construction has begun on Hall & Woodhouse Crowthorne, a multi-million-pound restaurant and bar located in the heart of Crowthorne, Berkshire. Set to open in early 2025, this innovative, purpose-built venue will offer seating for up to 150 guests across two stunning floors, creating a welcoming space for family meals, celebrations, and relaxed gatherings. The project will also bring 40 full-time jobs to the local community.
As a gateway building to the new Buckler’s Park residential estate, and near the beautiful 102-hectare Forestry Commission site, Buckler’s Forest, H&W Crowthorne will be the perfect destination for locals and visitors alike.

Step into a thoughtfully designed space offering a variety of areas tailored to suit every occasion. Guests will enjoy a dedicated bar for socialising, a welcoming pantry café perfect for coffee and cakes, and a vibrant dining area ideal for family meals and celebrations. For those who love the outdoors, there will be an extensive year-round terrace and a beautifully landscaped garden, creating a perfect setting to relax with friends and family.
The building’s contemporary design blends seamlessly with its surroundings, featuring a steel structure with brick, timber panelling, and glazing. Inside, the décor draws inspiration from the local environment with green tones, lush plants, stylistic artwork, colourful soft furnishings, and exposed brick walls. Combining modern style with warmth and character, Hall & Woodhouse Crowthorne will be a space full of charm and personality.

To complement your meal, we’ll proudly offer our award-winning Badger Beers, crafted in the heart of Dorset since 1777. Brewed with the finest hops, malted barley, and pure spring water filtered through Dorset’s chalk downs, our beers bring a taste of history to every sip. Founded in 1777 by Dorset farmer Charles Hall, Hall & Woodhouse has been brewing traditional ales for over two centuries, growing from a local operation to a beloved brand across the south of England. Starting with a small brewery in Blandford St. Mary, Hall & Woodhouse became known for its commitment to quality, producing ales with locally sourced hops, barley, and pure spring water filtered through Dorset’s chalk downs.
In the 19th century, the Woodhouse family joined the business, strengthening its reputation for excellence and introducing the now iconic Badger Beers. Today, Hall & Woodhouse remains a family-owned brewer and pub company with a rich legacy and a forward-looking vision.
